MACHINE PRODUCTION
Bottle impact tester is used for all kinds of beer bottles, wine bottles, beverage bottles, infusion bottles, glass containers and other types of glass bottles to carry out impact test.
TESTING PRINCIPLE
According to the principle of energy conversion, the impact energy of the pendulum on the glass bottle is determined by the potential energy of the pendulum. When the angle of the pendulum is a certain value, the potential energy of the pendulum is also a certain value, and the impact energy of the pendulum on the glass bottle is also a certain value.

Passing test
Place the specimen on the support table, close to the rear support. Adjust the support table up and down, adjust the strike part to the part to be tested, and then adjust the support table horizontally, so that the pendulum is in a free static state and the striking object is slightly touching the surface of the specimen. Repeatedly strike the bottle with the specified impact energy at three points about 120o apart around the bottle to check whether the bottle is damaged.

Incremental test
After passing the sex test, with the specified impact energy to repeat the blow around the bottle at a distance of about 120o three points, and then increase the impact energy to repeat the test, until the bottle is destroyed.
